Privacy Policy
Pinnacia builds, deploys, and maintains a Razorback estimation engine for each client, using that client's documents and data. This page explains what Pinnacia collects through this website and how Pinnacia handles information clients share during an engagement. “Pinnacia” means the legal entity providing the service; “Razorback” means the estimation engine provided under it.
Information collected through this site
The discovery call form collects your name, work email, company, role, vertical, approximate monthly bid volume, and a short description of your current bottleneck. Pinnacia uses it to decide whether a discovery call is a good use of your time and to prepare for that call. Submissions are stored in Pinnacia's customer relationship management system, currently Salesforce.
If an analytics tool is installed on this site, it collects aggregate usage data such as page views, referring source, and approximate location. Provider and retention window: [TBD].
What we do not do
- Pinnacia does not sell contact information.
- Pinnacia does not share form submissions with third parties for marketing.
- Pinnacia does not add you to a recurring email program without your agreement.
Client documents and engagement data
During an engagement, clients provide historical bid documents, estimates, pricing structures, and related business information. That material is treated as confidential under the engagement agreement. It is used to build, test, tune, and maintain that client's own Razorback engine, and for no other purpose. Engines are built per client; one client's material is not used to build or train another client's engine.
- Access is limited to Pinnacia personnel and subprocessors working on that engagement.
- Client rules, schemas, and outputs remain the client's property.
- Retention and deletion timelines are defined per engagement: [retention period TBD].
Subprocessors
Pinnacia uses third-party infrastructure and model providers to operate client Razorback engines. Provider names, locations, and data handling commitments are disclosed to clients under agreement rather than published here. Providers are selected and replaced without changing client-owned business logic. Current subprocessor list available on request: [list maintained by founder].
Your choices
You can ask Pinnacia to correct or delete the information you submitted through this site. Email hello@pinnacia.com and we will confirm within [X business days].
Security
Access to client material is restricted, credentialed, and logged. Specific controls, hosting regions, and incident response commitments are documented per engagement: [security summary TBD].
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Pinnacia communicates material changes affecting active clients directly.
