Terms

Last updated [DATE] · Scaffold pending counsel review

These terms cover use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement signed with Pinnacia, which takes precedence over anything on this page. In these terms, “Pinnacia” is the contracting legal entity and “Razorback” is the estimation engine Pinnacia builds, deploys, and maintains as the service.

Website use

This site describes the services Pinnacia provides. Content is provided for information only and is not an offer, a quote, or a warranty of any particular result. Nothing on this site creates a service relationship.

No performance guarantees

Any timelines, ranges, or indicative figures shown on this site are planning references, not commitments. Actual scope, schedule, and pricing are set in a written Pinnacia engagement agreement after discovery.

Engagement structure

  • Engagements begin with a setup phase covering discovery, rules capture, configuration, and first deployment of the client's Razorback engine.
  • Ongoing management is provided by Pinnacia under a monthly retainer covering maintenance, tuning, monitoring, and support.
  • Each client engagement covers one engine built for that client. Engines are not shared between clients.
  • Expansion work is scoped and quoted separately.
  • Notice periods, payment terms, and termination rights: [per signed agreement — standard terms TBD].

Human review

A Razorback engine produces draft estimates for human review. The client remains responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting bids. Pinnacia does not warrant estimate accuracy independent of the client's review process.

Ownership and confidentiality

Clients retain ownership of their data, documented business rules, schemas, and engine outputs. Pinnacia retains ownership of the Razorback platform and of its own tooling, frameworks, and general methods. Confidentiality obligations run both ways and are defined in the engagement agreement.

Intellectual property on this site

The Pinnacia and Razorback names, the marks, the diagrams, and the copy on this site belong to Pinnacia. Do not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pinnacia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability under a client engagement is capped as stated in that agreement: [liability cap TBD].

Governing law

Governing law and venue: [state / jurisdiction TBD].
